Aaron brings a wealth of real estate experience with him. Aaron not only has extensive experience working with residential real estate Buyers, Sellers, and Investors alike; he is also a Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure specialist.  As a practitioner of real estate in the Phoenix area since 1999, Aaron was a founder, president, and the Designated Broker of Canyon Creek Realty L.L.C., before becoming the president and Designated Broker for Western Property Advisors, LLC. in 2009.  Aaron is a full time REALTOR® and member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Arizona Association of REALTORS®, Scottsdale Association of REALTORS®, Phoenix Association of REALTORS®, and South East Valley Association of REALTORS®.  In addition, Aaron serves on the Real Estate Special Commissioner Roster and may be appointed by the Family Court of Maricopa County to enforce the sale of real property so ordered by the court.
